Ingredients:
1kg sticky rice
500g mung bean (no cover)
¼ cup coconut milk
Olive oil
Pandan Juice (10 leaves + ¾ cup water + 2 – 3 green food color, grind well and filter to get water from these leaves)
350g icing sugar
1 roasted sesame
Wood pattern.
Process:
Step 1: Clean mung bean well, bring to steam and grind well.
Step 2: Clean sticky rice in 2 – 3 times. Soak in water about 2 - 3 hours. Then, pour into pot + pandan juice + 1 – 2 teaspoons salt + 1 teaspoon oil, mix them well and bring to steam until sticky rice is soft.
