Fresh Sweet Melon Ice-Cream Recipe (Kem Dưa Lưới)

It is called Sweet Melon Ice-Cream (Kem Dưa Lưới). This fruit is really delicious. Beside of eating it with sugar, you can make ice-cream with this amazing fruit. Ingredients:

2kg fresh sweet melon
30ml lemon juice (the first water)
60gr white sugar.

Process:

Step 1: Clean sweet melon carefully in 3 – 4 times. Peel off the cover and slice into small cubes.
 

 

Step 2: Pour lemon juice into grinder.
