Steamed Ravioli in Flower Shapes (Sủi Cảo Hấp Hình Bông Hoa)
Ingredients:
200gr grinded pork
20gr shiitake mushroom, soaked and sliced small
25ml soy sauce
5gr pepper
*** For Red Cover: 200gr wheat flour, 100gr pumpkin, 8gr blooming flour, 100ml water.
*** For White Cover: 200gr wheat flour, 8gr blooming flour, 200gr water.
Process:
Step 1: Mix grinded pork + soy sauce + pepper + sliced shiitake mushroom together. Wait about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Peel off the cover of pumpkin, slice small and bring to steam well. Wait to get cool and grind it.
