Pasta with Prawn in Sweet and Sour Sauce (Mì Ống Sốt Tôm Chua Ngọt)

Creating something new for my Vietnamese Noodle Recipes, today I would like to combine with Italian Cuisine for my meal. It is called Pasta with Prawn in Sweet and Sour Sauce (Mì Ống Sốt Tôm Chua Ngọt).

150g pasta
200g fresh prawns (peeled and take off the black lines on their backs)
 A little celery
2 tomatoes (sliced)
Salt, pepper, sugar, minced garlic
Olive oil.

500g chicken meat (you can use thighs or breast)
½ taro (300g)
1 ginger
Salt, brown sugar, fish sauce, pepper, dried purple onion
1 teaspoon sugar syrup.

Process:

Step 1: Clean chicken meat, slice into small cubes, marinate with 1 teaspoon salt, a little pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon fish sauce, dried purple onion and mix well, wait for 30 minutes.

100ml fresh milk
3 tablespoons condensed milk

Step 1: Cur avocado in half, take out their seeds. Use spoon to scoop their meat and put into grind machine. Add more fresh milk, condensed milk and grind milk.

Stir fried Beef with Eggplant Recipe (Bò Xào Cà Tím)

Ingredients:

300g beef
300g eggplant fruits
Chili, spring onion, purple herb leaves (beefsteak leaves or shiso in Japanese name)
1 brand of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic
1 and half of teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon soysauce
Roasted sesame
Salt, pepper.

Process:

Step 1: Clean beef, wait to reduce water and slice thinly like photo (thickness in 0,6cm).

It’s a simple dish with a little golden crispy grilled sharpbelly, add a little fresh noodles, vegetables, ricepaper and Boomm… you've got a dish so tasty to resist.

Like other freshwater fishes such as sand goby, white fish ... Sharpbelly shape is long and thin, up to an adult finger, usually live in herds in the rivers and streams in this area.

That's not surprising when Sharpbelly in Ngan Son River is listed par with Ô Loan lagoon oysters (a famous specialties around the country) – and definitely listed in our list of Best Vietnamese Food.
