In hot days, my mom usually cooks Stir fried Bean Sprout with Pork Blood Cube (Giá Xào Tiết Lợn) which comes from many Easy Vietnamese Recipes for all members in my family. Bean sprout is cooked with pork blood cubes with extra sliced parsley. It is easy not only for cooking, but also for eating, especially in summer. This dish is quite simple because you do not need much oil for processing. Serving with steamed rice and fish sauce added a little chili is my usual choice.
